Chocolate Sweet Potato Smoothie
I like to think that I’ve mastered how to make fruits and veggies taste like soft serve ice cream at this point. If you’re searching for some inspiration, here is one of my absolute favorites – the Vegan Chocolate Sweet Potato Smoothie! It’s packed with cauliflower and sweet potato, as well as, a banana for an extra boost of nutrients and veggies without making your sugar levels spike like crazy. It’s ridiculously delicious and highly addictive. Hope you enjoy as much as I do.
Strawberry Rhubarb Chia Jam
Summer is still here and kicking and that means that RHUBARB season is here! This strawberry rhubarb chiha jam the most delicious and easiest way to add a low-sugar pop of flavor to your morning. You probably saw this amazing plant popping up all over your grocery stores and your social media page this season. Rhubarb can be a bit tart on its own, but with strawberries its flavor is crisp, bright, and just heavenly.
Caffeine-Free Beauty Beet & Schisandra Latte
Caffeine-free beauty beet latte! Cutting out coffee and cutting down caffeine had had a HUGE impact on my skin and my well-being. Truth time: I used to be a 2-3 cup of coffee person and found myself dehydrated, jittery, and with energy that spiked and crashed. A lot of you have reached out to me for more caffeine-free lattes and your words have been heard!

Almond Butter Stuffed Dates
Topped with dark chocolate and just a dash of sea salt and cinnamon if you’re feeling adventurous, these stuffed dates are an easy, healthy summer snack that will satisfy your sweet tooth. So excited for you to try them out!
Glowing Vegan Turmeric Curry Ramen
Ramen can absolutely be magical! This noodle bowl is made from a rich, thick broth base using curry powder, light coconut milk, and a touch of turmeric with a little water. I added some of my favorite greens including sautéed kale and green onions along with sesame seeds, marinated tofu and watermelon radishes. This dish is so satisfying and surprisingly simple.
