1 cup frozen steamed sweet potato
1 large handful frozen cauliflower
1 cup almond milk
1 tablespoon brown rice protein powder or your favorite protein powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon chai spice blend
2 tablespoons unsweetened almond yogurt
Blend to combine. Top with granola, almond yogurt, rose petals, coconut shreds, and star anise!
