The holiday season is upon us and we’re ready to celebrate with all our favorite seasonal drinks! Coffee and tea aren’t going anywhere, but you can only cozy up to a Peppermint Mocha or Gingerbread latte for a few months each year, and we want to take full advantage! Each of these lattes is made with our nourishing Plant-Based Collagen Boost Blends that contain an herbalist-approved blend of plant botanicals to promote collagen production, which supports healthy hair, skin, and nails. We love to indulge during the holiday season, but we also think it’s important to keep yourself nourished so you feel your best all season long. Now, on to those delicious lattes!
1. Peppermint Matcha Latte
Bright, fresh peppermint is the perfect match for floral, earthy matcha green tea. Mint is one of our favorite seasonal flavors, and this combination is truly so delicious and refreshing. Matcha naturally contains caffeine, so this latte is sure to brighten up your day and give you a boost of energy to check off your holiday to-do list. This latte is also super easy to make- all you have to do is add a little peppermint extract to your favorite matcha latte recipe (candy cane stirring stick is optional but highly recommended). Not only does matcha green tea make this latte a seasonally appropriate shade of green, but it also means it's rich in nourishing vitamins, antioxidants, and amino acids from the chlorophyll in matcha leaves. Delicious and good for you- that's a holiday win!

2. Snickerdoodle Cacao Latte
If you’ve never tried a snickerdoodle inspired latte, then you’re in luck! Snickerdoodles are a cousin to the sugar cookie, but they’ve had cream of tartar added to make them extra fluffy, and then the dough is rolled in a cinnamon sugar mixture before baking to give them a sweet and sugary exterior. We’re focusing on that combination of vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar that gives a snickerdoodle it’s classic flavor, but we’re also adding Cacao Calm Plant-Based Collagen Boost Hot Cocoa for a little twist! Who would turn down a little chocolate? Definitely not us! This latte is caffeine-free and contains the adaptogen ashwagandha to help manage stress and regulate mood. Cacao has also been shown to boost mood, so if you’re looking for a latte to help you feel calm and cozy this season, this is the drink for you!

3. Vegan Peppermint Mocha
Peppermint mochas are a winter’s answer to the Pumpkin Spice Latte, and we look forward to them every year! Creamy chocolate and bright peppermint perfectly balance the taste of coffee and create a latte we just can’t get enough of. Most peppermint mochas that you might get from a coffee shop chain (or even a local coffee shop) are likely made with non-vegan ingredients and lots of added sugar. Not ours! This Vegan Peppermint Mocha is made with our Cacao Calm Plant-Based Collagen Boost, oat milk, espresso, and peppermint extract for a latte that tastes naughty but is actually really nice.
4. Gingerbread Latte
Gingerbread has to be one of the classic holiday flavors, and we’re not going to leave it out! Gingerbread cookies contain a blend of spices including ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and cloves that give them a recognizable flavor. These warming spices are also combined with sweet molasses which rounds out the traditional gingerbread flavor we’ve come to know and love! For this latte, we created a vegan-friendly gingerbread syrup and topped it with espresso and oat milk frothed with Vanilla Plant-Based Collagen Boost Creamer. The gingerbread man going for a dip in your latte is optional but *highly* encouraged. If you like chai lattes, we have a feeling you’ll love this Gingerbread Latte!
