Matcha Beauty-Boosting Vegan Baked Oats
- 1 cup rolled oats
- ¾ cup almond milk
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax + 3 tbsp water)
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop Copina Co. Matcha Plant-Based Collagen Boost
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Blend ingredients together
- Pour into a baking dish or several small ramekins
- Add any mix-ins to batter, if desired
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes
