OUR GUARANTEE:

We guarantee our products for 60 days on all new first time orders. If you aren’t 100% satisfied with your first order of Copina Co, please email wholesale@copinaco.com with your name and order number and we’ll make it right. Please note: All accessories are final sale (whisks, mugs, cups, and milk frothers). Partners must cover return shipping costs as well as $1/unit warehouse restocking fee.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Copina Co. accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover Card, ApplePay + Google Pay. We do not offer Terms through our wholesale portal.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

$15 flat-rate shipping across The United States
Free US shipping on orders of $350. No International Shipping/
Sample shipping fee of $15 within the US
We do not offer partial shipments.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:

We fulfill from Woodland, CA and we ship across the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Your order will process within 1-3 business days and will typically take anywhere from 3-10 business days to arrive. Please keep in mind that carriers have suspended delivery date guarantees during Covid-19.

If your order is a pre-order, please note your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is in stock. We do not offer partial shipments.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at wholesale@copinaco.com and we’ll do our best to catch it. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed and fulfilled we are unable to cancel.

ACCOUNT & TERMS

Accounts will be reviewed bi-annually. Copina Co. reserves the right to cancel a wholesale account at any time. We reserve the right to limit or discontinue the selling of our products to parties with sales and distribution strategies not compatible to those of Copina Co. We reserve the right to adjust payment terms at any time, with prior notice to the partner. Copina Co. does not offer exclusivity. Please note: Partners are not permitted to re-sell Copina Co. products on Amazon.com, Walmart.com, or any other unauthorized marketplaces.

MAP

Thank you for your continued partnership with Copina Co. Effective September 1, 2020, we will be implementing a Minimum Retail Price (MAP) for all of our products to ensure we can continue to maintain our brand’s value across all retail partnerships. Our MSRP, as outlined in our wholesale line sheet, is listed on each product page ranging from $29-$33 and partners can take up to 20% off MSRP if on sale to benefit the customer on in-store sales but not online. Online sales are only permitted with written authorization from our team. Our team reserves the right to monitor advertised pricing for compliance with our partners and will reach out to make adjustments if necessary. Please note our samples are not for sale or resale.
